The staff at this location are AMAZING and very friendly!! Unfortunately our vehicle had some radiator issues and broke during our travels … so grateful it completely broke as we pulled into the Ford dealership in Creston at around 330 pm. Everyone was so helpful and had parts ordered for the next day … and then they gave us a courtesy car so we could make our way to some accommodations for the night. When I tried to thank the mechanic he said no need, that’s what were here for. Thank you everyone at this dealership … you all turned our day around!

If any of his customers have concerns when visiting Burnaby, I'll go out of my way at Coastal Ford to see they are dealt with hopefully as well.
